The Master Stewardship Program at Merry Lea is designed to guide you through the process of creating a plan to restore and steward the land around you using best management practices. We’ll also cover transplanting vs. direct seeding, seedling care, planting calendars, and how to prep your garden beds. Join us to explore the world of pollinators and the plants that support them! We will discuss common types of pollinators in Northeast Indiana and the plants they are associated with. After a short discussion we will go on a hike to talk about where we might find some of those plants emerging. Participants will also have the opportunity to create their own pollinator friendly seed mix.
