Let’s make comparisons as we read Where’s Rodney by Carmen Bogan! As we hike around the wetland, we’ll look for things that are bigger or smaller than we are and things that move slower or faster than we do. What other things can we find to compare? Let’s explore and find out!
What is Tales & Trails?
Children and their caregiver(s) gather for a short story that incites curiosity before exploring different locations around Merry Lea’s property. Expect to hear a tale & hike a trail while discovering the natural wonders around you together. This is a 1.5 hour monthly program designed for children ages 3-5, with younger siblings welcome to join, led by a Merry Lea educator.
Registration is not required for this event series: you’re welcome to drop in without registering. By registering for this program you are signing up for the Tales and Trails monthly email list, which shares details like upcoming program location and more!
