About this event
Join in an immersive learning experience that connects people to a sense of place and self. By deepening our understanding of natural cycles, we can tune in to the transformative processes taking place. This phenologically inspired program is designed to give hope, spark curiosity and connect to the rhythms of our Earth.
Terri Habig, artist and educator, is a graduate of Merry Lea. Under the direction of Luke Gascho (former Merry Lea Executive Director), she designed “The Four Seasons of Transformation” as her capstone project. Her nature based workshops and retreats are designed for adults who are seeking a deeper connection with our natural world. Along with spending time in nature, this program includes wellness components such as physical activities, self reflection, spiritual outlets and creative sources. Journaling, guided visualizations, meditation, breath work and dancing are examples of transformative activities.
