Biodiversity

Did you know that biodiversity can be a core indicator of ecosystem health?  Students will be exposed to this and other factors based around the concept of biodiversity at the species and ecosystem level.

Students will complete habitat studies to compare and contrast ecological niches and adaptations, as well as identify what kinds of organisms might make that particular habitat a home.

While this program does introduce some basic identification skills, the emphasis is on observations and cataloging the various kinds of life we encounter.
